Every week, I'll choose one comic book and one item of merchandise to showcase from the new delivery!
Comic Pick Of The Week - Goners #1
I knew this would be good just from the cover art and the tiny little description in Previews. I was not disappointed.
'From the colonization of Roanoke to the Cold War, the world famous Latimer Family has been humanity's lone defense against paranormal horrors for centuries... until tonight. A deadly assault on the lineage forces an unprepared brother and sister to solve their parents' murder while trying to escape the grim landscape of horrors that stalk the children themselves.'
Perfect writing combines with realistic dialogue and wonderful, dynamic artwork to begin spinning the tale of the Latimer's. It's safe to say I'm entirely hooked, not to mention desperate to see more of Jorge Corona's artwork - the cover and last page stand out in particular for me, but the interior is just as wonderful. It perfectly compliments Jacob Semahn's writing and I truly cannot wait to see where the story goes. If you love Atomic Robo, you'll love this. Heck, if you love good comic books, you'll love this.
Please pick it up!

Merchandise Pick Of The Week -
Pop! Ghostbusters Winston with Ecto-1 Vinyl Figure
I can't get over just how much this little Pop! cutie looks like Ernie Hudson, aka. Winston from Ghostbusters. The fact he comes in the adorable Ecto-1 is an added bonus! It's also the only way to complete the Ghostbusters Pop! set, as Winston isn't sold alone!
Who you gonna call!?!
All products are available in-store at Dark Side Comics!
